Borrowing its name from one of James Bond's choice-cocktails, Vesper American Brasserie is a mix of ‘50s glamour and mysterious charm. An ode to an era that defined American culture; notes of exclusivity, seduction and salacious comfort food waft throughout this casual fine dining escape. A morning visit to Vesper invites guests to its indoor café. Request a table al fresco, and greet the day with a warm espresso by the sea. As night approaches, Vesper transitions into an elite dining spot, with seating options inside the dark, rustic brasserie or poolside accompanied by salty air and candlelight. American wines and mood music set the scene for a well-rounded dining experience at South Beach's newest epicurean hot spot.

With the essence of a food truck and the spirit of an endless summer, tropical shades give this waterfront taquería its surfer-friendly feel. Step off the beach and up to the counter for a fill of refreshing Baja bites. Choose from a handcrafted list of 100 tequilas and create the perfect margarita to pair with homemade guacamole and pico de gallo. Enjoy Lucy's laid-back setting and order up a few fish tacos to match. Stunning views of both the ocean and the Shelborne's poolside playground go swimmingly with a casual lunch or a sunset dinner.
